When a LoloBuy parcel arrives, check its outer packaging and document the unboxing before confirming receipt. Prepare the order list so you can match the parcel number and expected contents as you open it.
Check the outside at delivery
Look for broken seals, tears, crushing, wet areas or an obvious weight difference. Photograph the shipping label and all sides of the parcel before opening it.
If damage is visible, ask the delivery person to record it and follow the carrier’s procedure for inspection, remarks or refusal. Note exactly what you did. A refusal is not an automatic promise of a refund, so keep the delivery record and contact support.
If the carrier requests documents or charges before delivery, use the import-cost checklist to organise the records.
Document the opening and contents
Open carefully so that the label, damaged area and packaging remain available as evidence. A continuous unpacking video can help show the sequence, but do not treat it as a guaranteed claim requirement or guaranteed proof of compensation.
Compare each item with the order list:
- Count the products and included accessories.
- Match colours, sizes and model labels with the selected options.
- Photograph visible damage before cleaning or altering anything.
- If weight is in dispute and you have a suitable scale, record the unopened parcel weight.
Use the QC guide for comparison with the warehouse images. Those earlier photos and the delivery images document different stages.
Keep the packaging and report promptly
Do not throw away the box, label, inner packaging or damaged items while a case is unresolved. Preserve invoices and the tracking record too.
Report the problem on the day you discover it. For post-delivery problems, submit feedback within 72 hours; for a damaged parcel not inspected with the delivery person, provide packaging, photos and other evidence within 2 working days. Check the live parcel requirements and meet the earlier applicable deadline.
Do not assume an application button remaining visible means you can safely delay. The after-sales guide explains the overlapping timing checks.
Confirm receipt only after checking
A delivery scan and your account’s receipt confirmation are different events. Before confirming that the parcel is satisfactory, inspect the products and identify unresolved issues.
If something is wrong, use wrong, damaged or missing item checks and submit the request against the correct parcel. Keep the confirmation timestamp if you have already clicked it; accurate dates help support understand the case.
Match the issue to the right next step
| What happened | Next guide |
|---|---|
| Wrong size, wrong item, damage or missing contents | Abnormal item evidence |
| Need to submit a parcel claim | After-sales application |

Common receiving questions
Should I keep the box if the product looks damaged?
Yes. The outer and inner packaging can help establish the condition of the shipment. Keep them until the case is resolved.
Can I wait a week to inspect everything?
Inspect at delivery and report immediately. Some feedback and evidence deadlines are shorter than a general after-sales window.
Does reinforced packing guarantee damage compensation?
No. Protection terms and exclusions still matter, especially for fragile goods.
