Buying on LoloBuy involves choosing the exact product option, paying for the item, reviewing its warehouse arrival and arranging international delivery. Keep one record for each item so the saved listing, selected option and warehouse photos stay connected.
1. Open the current listing and choose the option
Paste the product link into LoloBuy’s search field, or search by product name. Check the colour, size and quantity before using Add to Cart or Buy Now. If the listing needs a manual order form, enter the missing details rather than guessing them.
Save the listing URL and a screenshot of the selected option. For shoes, keep the seller’s size table; for hoodies or jackets, keep the garment measurements. A familiar size name does not establish the fit of a different seller’s item.
If several spreadsheet entries look alike, the filtering and duplicate-row guide helps preserve each product link and variant before you choose one.
2. Pay for the item and delivery within China
Review the item charge, domestic shipping and any selected services. Choose from the payment methods shown in your account and leave clear purchase remarks where needed.
This first payment does not establish the complete delivered cost. Start a budget with separate rows for products, delivery within China, optional services, international shipping and possible destination charges.
3. Follow the purchase and warehouse arrival
The agent places the purchase with the seller. Watch order enquiries and messages in case information is needed. Once the item reaches the warehouse, review its inspection pictures in My LoloBuy → My Warehouse.
Use the QC photo checklist to compare the received item with your saved option. Inspection coverage can vary by order type, including 1688 orders. If you find a mismatch, check returns and cancellations before submitting the item for international delivery.
Do not leave a decision until storage expires. Check the storage end date attached to your item and set your own reminder.
4. Select items and check a suitable route
Choose the warehouse items you intend to send together, enter the destination details and compare available delivery routes. Review package removal, reinforcement or insurance options before paying.
Check shipping restrictions first, especially for perfume and electronics. Being listed in a catalog does not confirm that an item can travel on your chosen route.
5. Pay the shipping deposit and review settlement
The initial international shipping payment uses estimated parcel details. The final calculation uses the carrier’s verified weight and dimensions. Check the settlement record for any adjustment rather than treating the deposit as a permanent price.
For your destination, use the international shipping quote guide alongside the customs and import-cost checklist.
6. Track delivery and inspect the parcel
Follow the parcel in My LoloBuy → Parcels. Keep its tracking number, dispatch date and selected route with the order records.
Before it arrives, read the receiving checklist. Inspect the contents before confirming that everything is satisfactory. If something is wrong, the after-sales guide explains how to prepare a clear request.
Common first-order questions
Does paying for a product include international shipping?
The item purchase and international parcel payment are separate stages. Check both records and leave room for destination charges.
Should I ship everything as soon as it is stored?
Review the received options, resolve visible problems and confirm route eligibility first. Combining items is a choice to compare, not an automatic saving.
What record is most useful if the wrong option arrives?
Keep the selected listing option, order number and warehouse images together. They let you describe the difference precisely.
