LoloBuy describes an international shipping service. Available destinations, routes, prices and restrictions can vary. Enter your actual destination country or region in the current shipping estimator or parcel submission screen before comparing options. A price paid by another buyer in another country is not a quote for your parcel.
Record the inputs before comparing routes
Use the same parcel details for every route you compare:
| Input | What to check |
|---|---|
| Destination | Country or region and the actual delivery area |
| Contents | Item types, quantities and any restricted characteristics |
| Weight | Estimated or measured packed weight, clearly labelled |
| Dimensions | Packed length, width and height where available |
| Packaging | Whether boxes, retail packaging or reinforcement remain |
| Route | Exact route name, quote date and delivery terms |
| Included services | Tracking, protection and any stated treatment of destination charges |
Before warehouse arrival, weight and dimensions are estimates. After you choose the items and packaging, compare the updated parcel figures. Removing a shoe box may reduce size but also removes protection you might want; a light down jacket can still take considerable space.
Check whether each route accepts the contents
A route offered for clothing might not accept perfume, batteries or another sensitive item. Read the shipping restriction checklist and check the current route’s rules for the exact item and destination. Do not relabel goods to make a route appear eligible.
The cheapest displayed option is useful only if it accepts the parcel and meets your needs for packaging, tracking and protection. Combining items can change dimensions and route availability, so compare a consolidated parcel with the actual alternatives rather than assuming consolidation always saves money.
Keep the three cost groups separate
The purchase process separates the item purchase from international parcel payment. Keep these figures apart:
- Product price, delivery within China and purchase-stage services.
- International freight and selected parcel-stage services.
- Import tax, duty, clearance or carrier handling charges at the destination, if applicable.
A route name containing a tax-related phrase does not by itself prove that every destination charge is included. Read its stated terms and retain the quote. The import-cost guide explains which records to keep and where to check rules for your country.
Recheck the final shipping charge
An initial shipping payment can be based on estimated parcel data. Compare the final packed weight and dimensions with the route’s billing method and settlement terms. If you change the contents, packaging, route or destination, make a fresh comparison.
Save the parcel number, route, payment record and tracking number after dispatch. A stated transit range is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If the parcel is returned, follow the parcel return steps; before delivery, review the receiving checklist.
Common shipping questions
Is there one LoloBuy shipping price per kilogram?
No universal figure covers every destination, route and parcel. Check the current route’s billing weight, size limits, minimum charges and selected services.
Does paying for shipping settle import charges?
Not necessarily. Check the route’s stated inclusions and the destination country’s current rules. Keep freight and any import-payment records separately.
Can I use a quote from a different country?
Use it only to understand which variables matter. Enter your own destination and actual parcel details to obtain relevant current options.
