Use this LoloBuy QC photo checklist before submitting a parcel. Keep the order record beside the photos and check whether the photographed item matches the colour, size, quantity and version you paid for.
Match the item to its order
Check the order number, selected variant and the images belonging to that item. Compare the received item with the saved listing option, rather than with a different colour shown in a seller’s promotional photo.
A catalog badge saying “QC photos listed” means the product data includes a photo count. It does not mean we inspected those images, or that a previous buyer’s photos show the item you will receive. Your own warehouse record is the relevant checkpoint in the buying process.
Use a checklist for the product type
| Product | Visible details to compare | Questions still unanswered |
|---|---|---|
| Shoes | Both shoes, both size labels, soles, stitching and colour | Comfort, fit and wear life |
| Hoodies and T-shirts | Size label, print placement, seams, cuffs and stains | Fabric feel, composition and body fit |
| Outerwear | Zip, hood, pockets, panels and included parts | Warmth and water resistance |
| Bags | Dimensions shown, straps, closures and compartments | Load capacity and long-term strength |
| Electronics | Model label, connectors, included accessories and exterior | Electrical safety, battery health and full functionality |
These are checks you can make where the images show the detail. They are not a promise that every inspection covers every row.
Ask for the missing evidence
If sizing is important, compare measurements with something that fits you. A size label alone cannot establish garment width or shoe length. Where available, ask for the actual measurement and specify what to measure.
For damage, request a clear view of the affected area and the whole item. For missing parts, identify the part shown in the selected option. “Please check quality” is less actionable than “Please show the zip closing fully and both sleeve cuffs.”
Do not infer authenticity from logos, packaging or a photo count. Do not infer that a device works because its screen is illuminated in one picture.
Resolve a mismatch before parcel submission
Save the relevant pictures and write a short comparison: “ordered size 42; right shoe label shows 43.” Avoid editing the evidence so much that labels or the overall item disappear.
Check the return application steps while the item is still in the warehouse. If a problem is only discovered after delivery, use the wrong, damaged or missing item guide instead.
Once the item is acceptable, check route eligibility and the international shipping quote before dispatch.
Common QC questions
Does a QC photo prove the product is authentic?
No. A photograph documents visible features, not the seller’s authorisation or a complete authentication assessment.
Can I judge the size from a label?
You can compare the label with your selected option. Fit requires measurements and an appropriate comparison.
Do more photos mean a better product?
No. Additional relevant angles can answer questions, but image quantity is not a product quality rating.
